WELCOME
It’s so nice to meet you! Thanks for stopping by. We are just two great friends (Tammy and Christie) with a passion for creating beautifully designed work. Our studio space has recently been upgraded from our homes to the beautiful Gather. Everything that is made here overflows with life, joy and care.
Our business embraces two avenues of creative work. Our collection of products is an artful expression of everything that we hold dear. It welcomes connection, community and sustainability. It’s also a way that we can get our hands dirty. We are makers at heart and our process holds equal worth to the finished products that you see on our online store.
We also have the pleasure of helping local and international businesses bring their design dreams to life. For some, we have been there right from the start – brainstorming brand names and generating logos and corporate identities. For others, we’ve joined them on their own unique journeys and added a bit of Little Bird flare to their existing vision.
Both parts of the Little Bird Studio have allowed us to get to where we are today and we are so very grateful to every single client, supplier and friend that has reached out to us. We feel incredibly blessed to be a part of such a loving and all-round incredible creative community.
THE NAME

Thank goodness for our differences - different perspectives, strengths, skills, creative outlets. These differences are what have formed and moulded Little Bird into the thriving little business that you see before you today.
Our journey began, however, with something we have in common - a second name: Jenna. The origin of the name is Arabic (referenced in the styling of our logo) and it means "Little Bird". This name holds such value and importance to both of us. Matthew 6:26 says "Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not more valuable than they?" Through Little Bird, we are constantly reminded that our provision, talents and joys are given to us by the Giver of good gifts. This is what forms the foundation of our brand and everything that flows from it.
